Indian Air Force Recruitment 2014 – Indian Airmen in Group Y Trade Vacancies:
Indian Air Force has announced notification for the recruitment of
Indian Airmen for Group Y (Except Automobile Technician, Ground Training
Instructor, Indian Air Force (Police) and Musician) Trades. Eligible
Unmarried Male Indian Citizens (citizens of Nepal are also eligible) can
apply on or before 14-01-2014. Other details like age limit,

Age Limit: Candidates
should be born between 01-02-1994 to 31-05-1997 (both days inclusive).
Candidates upper age limit on date of enrollment is 21 years.
Educational Qualification:
Candidates should passed Intermediate/ 10+2/ equivalent examination in
any stream/subjects approved by Central/State Education Boards, with
minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English. or Passed
two year Vocational Course affiliated/recognised by CBSE / State
Education Boards/Councils duly recognised at par with 10+2 by AIU with
minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English in Vocational
Course or in Intermediate/ Matriculation, if English is not a subject in
Vocational Course.
Selection Process:
Candidates would be selected based on their performance in written test,
physical fitness test, interview and medical examination.
How to Apply: Eligible
candidates can send their applications (should be A4 size paper only) in
prescribed format available in the notification & Attested photo
copies of relevant certificates (Six photographs required during test).
One unstamped self addressed 24 cm x 10 cm white Envelope of good
quality, stapled/ pinned with the application form by ordinary post only
to The President, Central Airmen Selection Board, Post Box No. 11807,
New Delhi – 110 010 on or before 14-01-2014.
Last Date for Receipt of Applications: 14-01-2014.
